Success Stories

Everyday at Chrysalis, we see tremendous growth in the individuals we serve, and that success deserves to be celebrated. These stories are the reason why we do what we do.

Kevin

Kevin has come a long way since going through HCD in 2018. He has accomplished so much and is an inspiration to everyone here at Chrysalis. When Kevin went through HCD, he wanted to participate in all the planning meetings and idea brainstorming. He was one of the first people to show such enthusiasm for HCD and was a huge advocate for the program. Kevin now has the tools to explore relationships through shared activities and when difficulties arise, he has a plan for getting the support he needs. A founding member of the “Self Advocacy Group” at Chrysalis, Kevin has been awarded the HCD Champion Award at the 2021 Chrysalis annual achievement awards ceremony.
