Day Programs

Our delivery model and focus on human-centred design supports participants to discover and leverage their unique strengths and talents.


Day programs take place at Chrysalis as well as community spaces for recreation and leisure, volunteer opportunities, and special events to build community connections.

Employment

In our Edmonton Employment Program, we support both job seekers and employers.


For job seekers, we offer one-on-one job coaching and group workshops to learn and develop skills.

  • Personal development workshops
  • Building a résumé and cover letter
  • Job interview practice and support
  • Mentorship, job shadowing, and work experience

For employers, we offer support in customizing job duties for workers with disabilities, awareness training for your team, regular check-ins with supervisors, transition planning to support successful, independent employment, and additional support as needed. We want to work with you to support your organization’s goals!

Creative Arts

A vibrant, accessible Creative Arts Space fosters community engagement, supports program participants and promotes creative expression through workshops, exhibits, public art projects, and programming.

  • Art classes: experience new techniques, tools, and materials
  • Studio and gallery space for internal and external events
  • Art events: exhibitions, workshops, and special events
  • Art gallery and sales: showcasing artist work and sales that directly support artists
