If you had to describe what you do for work in a hashtag (#), what would that be?

#FeelingChrysp

Years of service at Chrysalis:

<6 months

What do you like/love about Chrysalis and your role?

I love being able to learn new things everyday. I also love how connected everyone is which is especially tough to do these days.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working (i.e. what’s your perfect day):

We used to live on a golf course. My son and I would walk over to the driving range at 7am on a Saturday or Sunday and hit a bucket of balls then have breakfast.

What are your top strengths/talents?

Being able to see things objectively from multiple points of view. I have always been able to see things a little differently which sometimes comes from being able to remove personal emotion and being more empathetic.

When are you at your best?

I am a morning person for sure. I also love to learn new things. I would say I am at my best when I am learning something new early in the morning.

Who is a leader you look up to/why?

Simon Sinek – He is able to explain experiences in a perspective that makes It seem like you should have known it all along.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I also have an orange belt in Kung Fu. I haven’t practiced for a few years. I broke my tailbone in a couple of places playing hockey and that slowed down the Kung Fu training.
